Return Policy for Vehicle Purchases

 

At JP Auto Sales, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of vehicle sales, we do not offer returns on vehicles once the sale is completed.

30-Day Return Request Window  

While we don’t offer returns, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may have concerns. If you are unsatisfied with your vehicle, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us with a request for assistance. We cannot accept returns on vehicles after this 30-day period has passed.

Eligibility for Vehicle Return Assistance

To be considered for assistance, your vehicle must be in the same condition as it was when delivered. Any signs of use or modifications may disqualify you from receiving support. Please retain your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) as it will be required.

How to Request Assistance

To start a request, please contact us at support@jpautosales.co. We will review your case and, if applicable, discuss options for resolution. Please be aware that vehicles must be sent back to the following address if instructed:  313 Hermon Hill Christiansted, VI 00820

Damaged or Incorrect Vehicles

Please inspect your vehicle upon delivery. If you find that your vehicle is defective, damaged, or not as described in your order, please contact us immediately at support@jpautosales.co. We will evaluate the issue and assist in making it right, whether that means arranging for repairs, replacement, or other solutions.

Non-Returnable Items  

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns for the following:  

- Vehicles that have been driven, modified, or otherwise used.

- Customized or special order vehicles.

- Any items related to vehicle accessories that are opened or used (e.g., tires, parts, etc.).

No Returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards  

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges  

As we do not offer returns, if you're looking to exchange your vehicle for another model, the best course of action is to reach out to us directly. After discussing your options, you may need to complete a separate purchase for a new vehicles

Refunds  

If you are eligible for a refund due to a defect or issue on our end, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your vehicle. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
